At Kompact Fitness we work directly with clients to develop personalized exercise programs specific to the clients needs. Whether that is weight loss, increasing strength, managing a chronic condition, training for a sport, or just wanting to become healthier. We also keep you encouraged and motivated to keep on track and reach your goals.
- Our specialized weight loss programs guide you to cut as much unwanted weight as possible in a healthy way. Whether you are just starting out, need to for medical reasons, trying to lose that last 10 pounds, or trying to lose 100 pounds we can help.
- Our strength development programs will help you strengthen and build your muscles while improving range of motion in your joints, and correct muscle imbalances for either personal benefit, or combating age related declines.
Chronic Disease Management
- Our staff are qualified and experienced to work with your chronic conditions including Diabetes, Cardiovascular Diseases, Osteoporosis, Arthritis, and Pulmonary Diseases as long as your doctor gives you clearance to exercise.
Sport Specific Training
- If you are wanting to get stronger and faster with a plan designed specifically for your sport we can help. Our approach to training combining power, agility, strength and endurance will help you run faster, jump higher, hit harder while improving specific movements for your sport.
Training is done at Royal Roads University Recreation Centre located in the Westshore,

Corbin has completed a Bachelor's Degree in Sport & Fitness Leadership with a major in Exercise & Wellness. Corbin is a Certified Exercise Physiologist with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP), practicing Kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) and holds his Level 2 with Exercise Is Medicine Canada. Corbin also works as the Supervisor for the Royal Roads University Rec Centre.
Corbin has worked with a variety of clients in various settings including sport specific training, team training, weight loss, functional movement training, chronic disease management, rehabilitation and more. Corbin has successfully designed programs for ages ranging from early teens training for a sport specific event, to seniors who are wanting to improve their quality of living due to age induced limitations.
