Chronic Disease Management
As Certified Exercise Physiologists our staff are qualified and experienced to work with your chronic conditions including Diabetes, Bone & Joint Conditions, Cardiovascular Diseases, Osteoporosis, Neurological Diseases, Heart Diseases, etc.
As Practicing Kinesiologists we help you effectively recover from injuries including joint replacements, heart surgeries, amputation, and traumatic brain injuries. Do you have an active ICBC claim? We are certified to work with you and be paid directly by ICBC.
Strength Development & Weight Loss
Our strength development and weight loss programs will help you strengthen and build muscle, improve range of motion in your joints, and correct muscle imbalances while cutting excess weight in a healthy way.
Training is done at Royal Roads University Recreation Centre located in the Westshore,

Corbin has completed a Bachelor's Degree in Sport & Fitness Leadership with a specialization in Exercise & Wellness. Corbin is a Certified Exercise Physiologist with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP), practicing Kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) and a Level 2 Exercise Professional with Exercise Is Medicine Canada. Corbin also works as the Supervisor for the Royal Roads University Recreation Centre.
